The competition area
- 50one round trip per person one the m pool, swim a total of four round-trip.
- 1Is done in the eight race team.
Start
- Take the starting blocks at the whistle.
- Gun after the starting signal will be; "(provided by Take Your Marks) Take Your Marks".
- Until the gun had to be stationary from "Take Your Marks", will be disqualified if moved.
Stroke
- There is no provision how to swim.
