The competition area
- 50one round trip per person to 2 m pool, swim a total of eight round-trip.
- 1Is done in the eight race team.
Start
- Take the starting blocks at the whistle.
- Gun after the starting signal will be; "(provided by Take Your Marks) Take Your Marks".

Stroke
