4× 400m relay is a relay running events connected to pass the baton to each 400m run with four people, that compete for time.

The competition area
- 400will run for up to four people each in the 400m runner from the first four laps of a 4 m track runner.
- Immediately after the start will run the zone was divided into separate lanes.
